RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TIME IS MONEY, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 2-Day Return Policy for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be returned in its original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories included.

  • Any signs of wear, scratches, damage, or resizing may result in rejection of the return request.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers will bear the return shipping charges.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the item

  • Packaging images

Our support team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
